We chose a charcuterie platter as a starter, which was good. We chose a Fouquets tartare, good, accompanied by very irregular, soft and barely warm fries that glued together. For the other two people, two large and beautiful soles, well cooked, which were accompanied by a mashed potato that was cold and lacked butter. As for the bread, cut in advance, it had had time to dry out, a pity. We chose not to voice our complaints to the waiter who seemed slightly exasperated. We only hope that another time we will have crispy fries and fresh bread.
Service could be better. I'm still waiting my still water...
Lovely restaurant
We came to Fouquet's last night for New Year's Eve, we arrived at 8 p.m. as recommended and had an aperitif at 9:30 p.m. It was specified that the "amuse bouches" were served with the champagne, instead we had, a long time later, a plate with raw vegetables and a pseudo seasoning of questionable taste. We come every year to celebrate New Year's Eve and we are disappointed with this year's performance. We consider that the whole meal was not worth the 155 euros paid per person. Furthermore, this meal did not seem worthy of a so-called world-star chef.

A treat from start to finish (as usual).
-The foie gras terrine: generous and delicious..
-The scallop biscuit: a great discovery that melts in the mouth...
-The heart of beef fillet: very tender and tasty...
The atmosphere was great with 2 excellent singers Med & Val, charming and smiling.

Correct quantities for this type of restaurant. (On a starter, main course and dessert basis). The desserts are great.
🙋The setting is beautiful, lots of space but again nothing really original. The server staff was very friendly. (Even if the reception at the entrance was a little cold)
We came for my daughter's birthday. Very autain welcome from the server. Unfriendly cocktail waitress, without a smile. Fortunately the young waitress raises the level of her colleagues, she was very charming. Fortunately she was there to clear our dishes at the end and come take our orders and serve us our desserts because the waiter preferred to iron the tablecloths on the tables with his iron in front of the customers. Shouldn't this be done at the end of the service? On the other hand, no errors in taste from the starter to the desserts. The macaroon is killer. Thank you 😊
